Wallet and withdrawal — UPI, IMPS, NEFT settlement windows

The Vision11 wallet supports three settlement rails: UPI, IMPS and NEFT. UPI withdrawals under the verified-KYC ceiling settle inside five minutes during banking hours. IMPS settles the same business day. NEFT settles in hourly batches.

Every withdrawal record carries a bank-side integrity hash that you can match against your bank statement. If the hash does not match, the customer-care desk can re-issue a corrected receipt within one business day. Withdrawal fees: UPI is zero-cost on Vision11; IMPS and NEFT carry no Vision11 fee, though the issuing bank may apply its own published charges.
