KYC walkthrough — PAN, Aadhaar, cancelled cheque, live selfie

Vision11 KYC requires four documents: a PAN card, an Aadhaar card or any OVD listed under the RBI KYC Master Direction, a cancelled cheque or bank statement, and a live selfie. The selfie is matched against the Aadhaar face match where available.

Verification generally completes within thirty minutes during support hours. If verification is pending for more than forty-eight hours, the customer-care desk can pull the queue position and the reason for the delay. KYC is required before the first paid contest, not before login — the wallet and bonus-code ledger remain visible without KYC.
