Verified reviews — Vision11 player feedback

The Vision11 reviews desk collects verified player feedback from KYC-cleared accounts only. Each review carries the format the reviewer entered most often, the average squad size they built, the median ROI they reported, and the channel through which their withdrawal was tested.

We do not accept reviews from accounts still on the KYC pending queue, and we redact the UPI handle and bank account number before publishing. Reviews that dispute a settlement hash are escalated to the customer-care desk within one business day and the dispute outcome is appended to the same review record.
