Privacy Policy — Vision11

Vision11 collects the minimum data needed to operate a paid fantasy cricket platform: mobile number for OTP login, PAN and Aadhaar (or any OVD listed under the RBI KYC Master Direction) for KYC verification, and a UPI handle or bank account detail for withdrawals. We do not sell player data.

Data retention follows the RBI KYC Master Direction. KYC documents are retained for five years from the last transaction and then deleted. Withdrawal records are retained for seven years per the Prevention of Money Laundering Act. Players can request a data export or deletion through the customer-care desk.
