State-by-state eligibility — Vision11 paid contests

Paid contests on Vision11 are open to players in most Indian states under the Public Gambling Act framework and the 2025 Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act. Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Odisha, Telangana, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka and Sikkim have state-level restrictions that affect paid contests.

Players in restricted states can still log in, complete KYC and read the editorial desks, but cannot enter a paid contest. The eligibility map is reviewed weekly by a licensed CA on staff and is updated within twenty-four hours of any new state-level notification.
