Self-exclusion — temporary or permanent

Self-exclusion blocks login, contest entry and deposit for the window you select. Temporary self-exclusion windows are six months, one year or five years; permanent self-exclusion is irreversible and is the strongest tool Vision11 offers.

Self-exclusion takes effect within twenty-four hours and is not reversible for the chosen window. If you select permanent self-exclusion, the account is closed and KYC records are retained per the RBI KYC Master Direction but no further contests can be entered.
