Limit tools — deposit, contest entry, time-out

The Vision11 limit tools let you cap daily, weekly or monthly deposits; cap daily or weekly contest entries; or take a time-out from twenty-four hours to thirty days. Limits take effect immediately and are reviewed by customer care before they can be raised.

Limits are visible in your wallet and in the customer-care dashboard. Lowering a limit takes effect immediately; raising a limit requires a twenty-four-hour cooling-off period. Self-exclusion is handled on a separate page and is irreversible for the chosen window.
