Is Vision11 legal — state-by-state eligibility

Vision11 contests are paid fantasy cricket contests under the Public Gambling Act framework and the 2025 Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act. Paid contests are permitted in most Indian states; Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Odisha, Telangana, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka and Sikkim have state-level restrictions that affect paid contests.
